Description
Fruits and Produce are at their best when eaten in season. To showcase the best of the best, we’ll make a seasonal soup (Gazpacho, Corn, Squash are some examples). Then we’ll make a quiche with seasonal veggies, including making the crust from scratch. And finally, for dessert, a seasonal Fruit Tart.
Classes are for all levels, and are as hands-on or hands-off as you like. All meals include an appetizer to nibble on while we cook, and of course the food you make! You will also receive a print out of the recipes.
