You can make restaurant quality gnocchi at home, and it’s really easy once you know the basics. We’ll make gnocchi with a cream sauce with pancetta and peas. To go with it, a delicious and refreshing fennel and apple salad. We’ll finish with a quick and easy baked apple dessert served with vanilla ice cream.
As always, price includes an appetizer to nibble on while we cook, printouts of all of the recipes, and of course the food we eat!
