This iconic Northern Italian dish, Polenta is a go-to comfort food during the fall and winter months, but also eaten year round. We’ll make a traditional creamy Polenta and serve it with delicious and quick Pork Meatballs in a savory Tomato Sauce. You’ll also learn a few ways to use leftover polenta.
The class will start off with a Canellini Bean Crostini to nibble on while we cook, and will end with a gorgeous Poached Pear with Mascarpone Cream and Pomegranate Syrup worthy of company.
As always, you will sit down with your classmates to enjoy the meal that you cooked together, and you will get a recipe packet to take home with you!
