A very Italian dinner that also happens to be gluten free! We begin with an appetizer of Tomato, Mozzarella, and Basil skewers. Then we’ll take the mystery out of making the perfect Porcini Mushroom and Pea Risotto that will be paired with a refreshing Fennel and Apple salad with homemade vinaigrette. For dessert we’ll make a decadent Chocolate Panna Cotta.
Guests are free to bring wine or beer to enjoy with dinner.
